My father has been a client there for at least 6 years. I wasn't happy he was having to live in a facility other than at home but under circumstances it was best place for him. They have a lot of activities there along with singing and games. Since he has been there I feel he has gotten great care, he always is clean and smells great.the caregivers always look upbeat and always polite and helpful. Never had any bad feelings that things weren't good. Had concerns in past not enough caregivers but now seems to be more working.

I find the cleanliness and attentiveness of the aides to be extremely high because it is very clean and the staff is very attentive. When I go see my father, he is always immaculate. I feel that they are 100% on top of everything. However, I think they need more help or just maybe more staff, but other than that, I am completely satisfied. I came away feeling grateful that my friend was so well taken care of and that the staff was very attentive.
Difficult to get phone calls returned from some of the RNs and management. Some CNAs are not nice and are mean to residents. There are some very good people there but it is a management problem with addresing issues with staff. I don't think I have enough space to document how bad this place is.
They don't like for anyone to complain too much. You will get into trouble with the administrator if you do. Your loved one will not be cared for adequately. They never have enough nurses aids and the nurses I have seen are not all good. They do have some good ones but they are few and far between.

He was not cared for properly and they did not make his room comfortable and or homey in any way. The TV was never turned on nor was the pictures of his family hung up much less open his personal box that was provided by us. I witnessed staff being rude and ugly through the window so all I could do was file a complaint.
